I hope that I can be of help by writing this critique, I have only done a couple so far and I hope it does not appear harsh.
First off - The colours are great; they contrast very well and the background does not stick out from the character. Her face is very pretty and you have just the right amount of detail on it.
However there is something I have noticed with the pose; The neck appears too long. I'm not sure this has something to do with the actual character, but I noticed this part straight away, as the shoulders seem more square. And I did notice the legs are a bit pointed in places, but I think that it suits the image. Those aside I think its a great piece!
